Garrucha
Garrucha a traditional Spanish fishing village nestled between Mojacar and Vera. Garrucha is known for its commercial export of gypsum and of course famous for its red prawns. With a wide variety of great restaurants to choose from, and offering their local catch of the day.
Garrucha is very popular with the Spanish as a summer holiday destination, and is bustling in July and August.
The leisure port is also widely used with many boats and small yachts birthed throughout the year.
Along Garrucha main street (C/Mayor), a range of boutiques and other shops can be found.
